We want you to be completely happy with your order. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item—no questions asked.

How it works:
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you’re experiencing a product issue, just get in touch with us at support@vitalx.uk and we’ll help you out.

To start a return or exchange, simply send us an email at  support@vitalx.uk with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

A few things to note:

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.

• If exchanging, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive the one you're sending back.

If something’s not right, don’t worry—just email us and we’ll make it right.
